Vital Hospitality is well recognised for our in-house training

systems to prepare them for the diverse range of functions
they work at.
Stephanie Borrell is our trainer. Steph has over 15 years of practical hospitality experience, working from dish washing in kitchens to managing fine dining restaurants, bars and everything inbetween, from Hokitika on the West Coast to New Orleans, USA. Over the last 4 years she has applied the vast array of skills she has acquired to train new comers to the hosptality industry with Treehouse training LTD and Vital Hospitality. Introducing people to this dynamic and fast paced environment in a fun, practical manner with an approachable, interactive and reality based training style.

clients have used our systems for their own staff.
