We supply: Catering Companies, Corporate clients, Hotels, Restaurants and Bars, Sports Stadiums, Private Functions and Events.

Our reputation is one of professionalism and excellence. Vital Hospitality is the industry's preferred supplier. We can provide all hospitality staffing needs through our helpful and professional office staff.

We provide a range of front of house service staff, starting with entry level Senior Cadets who have successfully completed an intense in-house training program (17-20yrs of age), through to intermediate Focus staff who have a minimum of one to two years operational experience behind them (20+ years of age), and finally highly skilled Silver Service staff who have at least three to four year's experience behind them.

Vital temporary staff are sourced from several areas to ensure a high standard of presentation and skill is maintained. Staff are selected primarily for high levels of grooming, presentation, skills and motivation. During the peak season of October - April, we employ approximately 200 - 250 staff and between May - September 100 - 150 approximately.

There are 4 levels of Front-of-House Food and Beverage service staff available:

  • SENIOR CADET – Completed Vital training programmes. Able to meet intermediate floor responsibilities. Suitable for Cocktail parties/private functions.

  • FOCUS TEAM – Completed Vital training programmes. Able to meet intermediate bar and floor responsibilities. Suitable for Cocktail parties/private functions.

  • SENIOR FOCUS – At least 1 year’s relevant experience. Able to meet intermediate bar and floor duties. Suitable for Cocktail parties/private functions.

  • SILVER TEAM – At least 3 - 4 years hospitality experience with ability to meet advanced bar and floor responsibilities and able to perform Silver Service.

Each staff member employed may only progress to a higher skill level after completing a full in-house training module and an internal assessment ensuring Vital's high standard of staff presentation and skill is maintained at all levels.
